Book Building

Supervision of construction activities for the project: Multifunctional building (hotel, service and residential) Book Building, with 4, 5, 9, 11 and 21 floors and 3 underground parking floors, on 28 Nëntori street and Abdi Toptani street, in Tirana. The project included supervision of construction works as well as preparation of implementation details, including characteristic facade elements such as the clock and plaza glass. The supervision focused on ensuring accurate implementation of the architectural project and compliance with construction standards for a multifunctional building.
