Reconstruction of ADISA Headquarters

Supervision of reconstruction works for the headquarters of the Agency for the Delivery of Integrated Services (ADISA). The project involved overseeing all reconstruction phases, including the reconstructed interior spaces with fire detection system and ventilation, the new reception unit with a new management system, as well as preparatory works such as painting and installation of ventilation grilles. The supervision focused on ensuring work quality and meeting functional requirements for a public service agency.
